Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Dr. Tamara Huff (better known as The Lady Bone Doc) is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, consultant, and founder of Vigeo Orthopedics, LLC.

Dr. Huff attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with honors in history and African American studies. She went on to obtain her medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Huff earned a master’s in business administration and a certificate in health sector management at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2022.

With over 15 years of medical training and surgical experience in urban and rural areas, Dr. Huff understands the importance of connecting with each patient. Through Vigeo Orthopedics, she provides comprehensive evidence based musculoskeletal surgical services at hospitals across the country.

Dr. Huff remains committed to community outreach and education. She is a board member of Movement is Life and a member of the Columbus (GA) Chapter of the Links, Inc. and the Columbus, GA Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
